weekend away

This past weekend we heading to Ft. Worth to celebrate Mark's dad's, grandmother's and aunt's birthdays. We had such a great weekend and really enjoyed getting all of the kids together. We were grateful for temps that didn't reach 100 and kids that were happy all weekend long.

I can't wait for Hudson's last tube to fall out. He doesn't mind wearing the ear plugs and the headband to keep them in - thank goodness. It will mean that we have one less thing to think about before packing.

Both boys love to swim and Mark and I couldn't be happier. They stayed in the water for 4 straight hours on Saturday night. They didn't want to get out even when it got dark and no one else was in the pool.
